Charlton graduated with First Class Honors in Interior Design from LASALLE College of Arts, Singapore and was the only student from his faculty selected to represent the college in L'Observatoire European de L'Objet: 00.1 in Venice.
Previously an FF&E Designer at Hirsch Bedner Associates and Jaya International in Singapore, ever since Charlton has been involved in high-profile projects in the region, including the ultra luxury hotel The Patina, Capitol Singapore.
