Sibilla Bontempi, I hold an Interior Design BA and MA degree and a deep blend
of design and hospitality background, I
have a total work experience of 10 years, 4 of them and in London (UK) covering
mainly high-end residential and commercial interior designer and home stager
roles, which includes buyer-supplier-client collaborations and browsing over
phone, network and meetings.
I am well versed in
different sectors, decisively an hard worker, with a great spirit of
creativity, communication, adaptation and practical skills and a strong
aptitude for organisation and troubleshooting. Attention to details, good
communication, questioning and listening skills are paramount in ensuring that
accuracy and efficiency levels are maximised within any customer service
environment. Space planning, Space styling & staging, FF&E, Excel &
Estimac, Languages, Liaison, Management and Coordination are my strongest
skills. I am comfortable with Mac OSX as well as Windows. In addition, I have
in-depth knowledge about computer applications and almost all top designing
software.
Always believing that the relationship with the customer, in the service
delivery system, it is a fundamental element as it personifies the company to
his eyes, since early age I started building a great custom service which has
been recognised over the years. I excel in both Italian & English verbal
and written communication, as Italian native speaker and English adopted by
heart, fluent in Spanish as well. I am confident to work independently or as
part of a team as well as I am comfortable to travel or relocate for work.
